Online Pharmacy now available!
The wait is finally over, Urban Vet Care's online pharmacy is up and running. In order to access this new feature there are just a few easy steps you must follow:
1. If you would like to request an invitation to create an account for the online pharmacy website, please e mail our office manager Heather at heather@urbanvetcare.com. Once Heather approves your request, you may create an account for you and your pet(s).
2. Once your account is approved follow this link with your user name and password: http://www.proxyrx.com/urbanveterinarycare
3. Create your pharmacy account and begin browsing. There is a large list of medications available as well as prescription diets, toys and pet accessories.
4. Order online and wait for the approval from your Doctor at Urban Vet Care.
5. Your order will be shipped directly to your house.
*Please be aware that this feature is only available to existing patients of Urban Vet Care.
*There are many medications available, but there may be a few that are not. Please contact us with any questions or if you are unable to find what you are looking for.
* Products usually ship within a few days of ordering. Please allow up to 5 days for shipping after an order has been approved.
* With regular shipping, orders less than $38.98 ship for a flat rate of $5.00. Free shipping on any order over $38.98 unless overnight shipment is required.
